The Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) is offered to support homeowners in decreasing their energy bills by providing low-cost financing for energy efficient retrofits.

This program offers financing for energy efficiency upgrades including, but not limited to windows, insulation, hot water heaters, heating equipment, and solar pv.

Take advantage of a $450 rebate for all completed CEIP projects!
