Pre Authorized Payments

The MD of Pincher Creek is pleased to offer all residents in Beaver Mines and Lundbreck the option of Pre-Authorized Utility Payments.

Beaver Mines/Lundbreck

• Services are billed bi-monthly and charged on the first of the month in January, March, May, July, September, and November as per UTILITY BYLAW 1344-22 updated  BYLAW 1359-25 comes into effect July 1, 2025
• Ratepayer are responsible for the costs associated with their water meter as per UTILITY BYLAW 1344-22 updated BYLAW 1359-25 comes into effect July 1, 2025

Water and sewer services along with door to door waste pickup are available in the Hamlets of Lundbreck & Beaver Mines (all properties must be hooked up by Jan 1, 2028). Utility accounts can be opened only by the legal landowner and the address used is the one that is registered with land titles
