Beaver Mines - Becoming a Pre-Qualified Contractor
Property owners are responsible to hire whom they choose to do the work (do not require pre-qualification). All agreements shall be made between property owners and contractors directly for any work related to private water and drainage lines.
Want to be listed as a pre-qualified contractor on the MD website? This process is intended to assist property owners whom do not have the resources or relationships with contractors in the area. Listed contractors shall have read and understood the guidelines. A list of prequalified contractors can be found here.

Among other criteria, contractors shall score a minimum of 70% on their USG questionnaire in order to be listed as a pre-qualified installer. Where a contractor scores less than 70% a 2 day break will be required before attempting submission again. The MD will list the number of questionnaire attempts on the pre-qualification site.
The MD will also list the following publically:

Company name, location, and contact information

Certifications (Private Sewage Installer, Plumber, ACSA)

Example Projects
Plumbers looking for pre-qualification for work inside buildings only will be given a different questionnaire.
