IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
PROPOSED BYLAW No. 1354-25
To be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday February 25, 2025

1037 Herron Avenue, Pincher Creek, AB
PURSUANT to Sections 22 and 606 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, 2000, Revised Statutes, the Council of the MD of Pincher Creek No. 9 in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt Bylaw No. 1354-25 being the bylaw for the purpose of closing to Public Travel and creating title to and disposing of the following described highways, subject to rights of access granted by other legislation.
ALL THAT PORTION OF GOVERNMENT ROAD ALLOWANCE LYING BETWEEN NW 7-6-1-5 AND SW 18-6-1-5 FORMING PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, DESCRIPTIVE PLAN _____________, CONTAINING 0.59 HECTARES (1.46 ACRES) MORE OR LESS
WHEREAS, the Council of the MD OF PINCHER CREEK NO. 9 deems it expedient to provide for a bylaw for the purpose of closing to public travel certain roads or portions thereof, situated in the said, and;
THEREFORE, TAKE NOTICE THAT a public hearing to consider the proposed Bylaw No. 1354-25 will be held in the Council Chambers of the Administration Building of the MD of Pincher Creek No. 9, located at 1037 Herron Avenue, Pincher Creek, AB at 3:00 pm on February 25, 2025.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT anyone wishing to make a presentation regarding the proposed bylaw should, in writing, notify the Chief Administrative Officer of their intention prior to 4 p.m. on February 20, 2025.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT both written and verbal presentations may be made to Council at the public hearing.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT copies of the proposed bylaw may be inspected at the MD of Pincher Creek No. 9 office (1037 Herron Avenue, Pincher Creek) during normal business hours, or
