As per Bylaw No. 1276- 17— Procedure Bylaw, Section 4:

The Organizational Meeting shall be scheduled in accordance with the Municipal Government Act. At the commencement of the Organizational Meeting, the CAO shall call the meeting to order and shall preside over the meeting until the Council elects a person to be Reeve.

Once elected, the Reeve shall preside over the meeting.. All Committees, Boards and other bodies that Council is entitled to appoint, shall be reviewed annually at the time of the Organizational Meeting, as set by Statute.
