The MD and Town of Pincher Creek are onboarding qualified contractors to support the Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP). This program offers low-rate financing to homeowners for energy efficiency upgrades including, but not limited to windows, insulation, hot water heaters, heating equipment, and solar panels.
