Pincher Creek Emergency Services has set a Fire Restriction that is now in effect for the following:

- Town of Pincher Creek
- Village of Cowley
- Piikani First Nations
- Municipal District of Pincher Creek

With the recent and forecast warm, dry conditions.

-No new debris burn permits will be issued.
-Existing permits will not be extended.
-Existing and new recreational fire pit and burn barrel permits are still active and will be issued.
- Fireworks are prohibited
-Please use caution with open fire and off-highway vehicles.

This Restriction will remain in effect until conditions change. Under this Restriction, Fire Pit permits remain active and are still being issued.
