The MD’s dust suppression season is just beginning, and you may notice trucks on the gravel roads applying a dark-colored liquid. This is a method of stabilizing the light materials on the surface of a gravel road. Once applied, the dust normally generated by passing vehicles is minimized.

Public Works will start in Division 4 tomorrow, June 17, and work south to Division 2, Division 1, Division 3, and, lastly, Division 5.

Please watch for equipment and workers on the road, and obey all traffic control signs during this time.
