The MD of Pincher Creek is recruiting (2) Seasonal Labourers for the 2026 season.
In addition to operating equipment, this position includes labour work such as road and hamlet maintenance, assisting with construction and road repair projects, maintenance and/or repair of municipal property or buildings, set-up/takedown of snow fencing, dust control program, graveling program, and assisting with special projects.

Full Job Description 

Seasonal Employees are hired as Labourer, but when operating equipment that require specific Classification of License will be paid at a Seasonal Operator rate.
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to provide a current driver abstract. A Class 1 or 3 Driver's License is an asset for operational flexibility.
