At the Council meeting on November 25, 2025, MD Council agreed to $1,000,000 contribution to the Pincher Creek Curling Club for the new Curling Rink! This contribution is funded through the MD's Regional Community Initiative Reserve, which continually sets aside funds annually for capital purchases within our community. The MD is also offering an in-kind donation of up to $50,000, which could include gravel, trucking, and other related services.
