2026 Approved Budget

The MD is mandated by the Municipal Government Act to approve an operating and capital budget each year. The budget process is comprehensive and includes input from both staff and Council. Service levels, capital projects, personnel, and tax rates are all established during this yearly process.

At their meeting on November 25, 2025, Council approved the entire budget, which can be viewed HERE.
