2026 Farm Family Award

Do you know a deserving farm family?

Every year, the Calgary Stampede and BMO Bank of Montreal honour outstanding farm families in southern Alberta. These families are nominated by Alberta Agriculture Service Board representatives from various districts and municipalities south of Red Deer.

The MD of Pincher Creek Agricultural Service Board is currently seeking your active participation in the nomination process for the 2026 Farm Family Award.

Your participation is vital in acknowledging the exceptional contributions of our local farm families.

Requirements:

Farm families must be actively involved in their community and either Agriculture or Agri-Food
Agriculture or Agri-Food must provide the major source of income
must be active in primary Agriculture or Agri-Food and have members residing on farm
Be a family in the MD of Pincher Creek

Please send the name of a nominee along with a brief explanation of why you believe that family should be nominated. We encourage you to email your nomination to the MD office at info@mdpinchercreek.ab.ca by December 17, 2025.
