NOTICE OF ELECTION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR VOTER IDENTIFICATION
Local Authorities Election Act

LIVINGSTONE RANGE SCHOOL DIVISION

Notice is hereby given that an election will be held for the filling of the following offices:
SCHOOL TRUSTEE WARD NO. 3 TWO (2) VACANCIES
Voting will take place on the 20th day of October 2025, between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm.
School Trustee elections are run by the municipal authorities within the boundaries of Livingstone Range School Division. Electors may only vote at a voting station set up for the ward in which that elector resides.
Electors for school trustee are to vote at the same polling station where they vote for their respective municipal candidates. If there is not a municipal election in the area that the elector resides, they may then vote for their school trustee at another polling station within their ward. If you are unsure which ward you reside in, you can receive clarification by contacting the office of the returning officer at 403-625-3356.
For electors within Ward No. 3, voting stations run by the Town of Fort Macleod, M.D. of Willow Creek, Town of Pincher Creek or the M.D. of Pincher Creek will be located at:

Granum Drop In Centre, 306 Railway Ave. in Granum (MD of WC Div 2)

Fort Macleod Community Hall, 301 25th St. in Fort Macleod (Town of FM & MD Div’s 1 and 3)

Town Hall Gymnasium, 962 St. John Avenue in Pincher Creek (Town)

MD of Pincher Creek Administration Office, 1037 Herron Avenue (MD of PC)
ADVANCE POLLS for electors of Livingstone Range School Division will be held as described and advertised by the Municipal Authorities within the boundaries of Livingstone Range School Division.

MD of Willow Creek – October 6, 2025 – 10 am to 8 pm – Granum Drop-In Centre, 306 Railway Ave.

Town of Fort Macleod – October 16, 2025 – 12 pm to 8 pm – GR Davis Admin Building, 410 20th St., Fort Macleod.

Town of Pincher Creek – October 15, 2025 – 10 am to 4 pm – Town Hall Gym, 962 St. John Ave., Pincher Creek.

MD of Pincher Creek – October 15, 2025 – 10 am to 4 pm – MD of PC Admin Office, 1037 Herron Ave. Pincher Creek.
Again, electors voting at an advance poll may only vote at a voting station set up for the ward in which that elector resides.
In order to vote, you must produce for inspection one or more of the acceptable forms of identification required by section 53 of the Local Authorities Election Act.
