Draft Amendments - Land Use Bylaw 1349-23

The Municipal District of Pincher Creek community is constantly evolving and changing. With continued growth and development happening throughout the municipality, we must have a land use bylaw and a strategic plan that meets the needs of our residents and the community.
 
Council is also undertaking a full review and update of our current Land Use Bylaw 1289-18, which Council adopted in November 2018, although amendments have been made since then.
 
The following areas of interest have been identified as project priorities, but the entirety of Bylaw 1289-18 is being reviewed:
