Hi, my name is Mike and I am an equipment operator for the M.D. of Pincher Creek No.9. I may look like a grader, a gravel truck or a nuisance slowing you down on the road. But, I am also known as a dad, a husband, a son, a brother and an uncle. So, I ask you “Please Slow Down, Use Caution, and Be Aware” that there are multiple blind spots in the equipment I drive.

I may not see you right away, so:

slow down
try to make yourself visible to me in a safe manner

Once I see you, I will surely do what I can to get you on your way.

Rural roads is my worksite. This is where I spend most of my time. But be aware that I do have to turn on and off of the highway to get to where I am going. I ask you again, please slow down so we can all get to where we are going safely and so I can go home to see my family and friends.
