RFP - Dust Control Supply and Application

MD PINCHER CREEK – PW2026-02_Dust Control

The Municipal District of Pincher Creek No. 9 is seeking a qualified proponent for the supply and
application of approximately 900,000 – 1,200,000 litres of liquid dust control product.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is for interested proponents to prepare and
submit a formal response to this request in accordance with the requirements outlined within the
RFP documents. Submitted information will be reviewed by the MD and evaluated with the intent to
select a Supplier for the MD’s 2026 Dust Control Program.

The PW2026-02_Dust Control Request for Proposal and associated documents can be found on
Alberta Purchasing Connection (https://purchasing.alberta.ca/).

Submissions in response to this RFP shall be submitted in a physical sealed envelope to the MD no
later than April 06, 2026, 4:30 PM, MST.

Proposals should include the requested information as detailed in the RFP documents.
