Apprentice Heavy-Duty Mechanic / Technician
Full-Time

Position Summary

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment.
Learn diagnostic procedures for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Assist Journeyperson Mechanics as required.
Keep accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What we’re looking for:

Strong mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license. (Class 5; higher classes considered an asset)

Preference may be given 2nd or 3rd year apprentices; however, we encourage all interested applicants to apply.
