Division Four By-Election

At the Council meeting of February 13, 2024, CAO Roland Milligan announced that, in accordance with section 161(4) of the MGA, Harold Hollingshead resigned as Councillor for Division 4 effective January 31, 2024.

The MD will be hosting a By-Election for division four. Nomination Day will be May 2, 2024. Prospective Candidates can download the package with the link below, or pick one up in the office at 1037 Herron Ave Pincher Creek.

Voter Identification Requirements

Nominations can be accepted at any time between now and May 2, 2024 at noon. *With the exception of Nomination Day, please contact MD Office prior to bringing in Nomination papers to ensure Returning Officer is available.
